The amazing mountain scenery is lovely. Facilities like the spa are great, and the attentive staff ensured we felt welcome and supported throughout our stay.

Navigating the multiple building layouts was confusing. I wished for more comprehensive kitchen utensils in our apartment for cooking comfort.

The friendly staff, the convenient ski shuttle, the well-maintained spa, every aspect contributes to a good experience!

We had a great time and would stay here again. Sports bar is a very nice plus. The personnel was polite. Plenty of lovely food for meals.

The apartment offered beautiful mountain views. The spaciousness and cleanliness stood out immediately and added to my comfort. The spa facilities were great. They provided a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing. The heated pool and hot tubs were particularly enjoyable. The location was good, although more frequent schedules would enhance accessibility to the city. Breakfast was another highlight with a diverse range of options, though I wished for more vegan alternatives in the meals offered. The check-in experience could be improved since it took a bit longer than expected. The children's food variety at the restaurant lacked. This is something families might find disappointing. Nonetheless, the staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Had a great time in a spacious apartment with fine mountain views. The spa facilities were the perfect way to unwind after skiing. Just a bit of a trek to the reception, but it didn’t ruin my stay.

The location is stunning, 4 km from Caldea. It's in a nice building in the great area🙂

The parking situation needs attention, with exorbitant costs causing frustration!!! A few rooms are dated and feel overpriced given the competition. Figuring out the hotel layout can be tiring and confusing!!! Better communication regarding amenities is essential!!!

- Breakfast could be improved. - for bath slippers and bathing cap one would have to pay 8€, however, there were only shoes in size 36/38 what did not go down so well with our men. - expensive sangria (20€) for 3 glasses. - one looks at the age (see photo of the wallpaper)

Overall, not bad, not bad.

Very old furniture, the sofa was broken.
